6. STEVENAGE LOCAL PLAN - SUBMISSION

10. 4th QUARTER MONITORING REPORT GENERAL FUND AND HOUSING REVENUE ACCOUNT
To consider a report that provides an update on the 2015/16 outturn positions for the General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) and to seek approval for revisions to 2016/17 revenue budgets, as a result of the 2015/16 pre-audited actuals. 11. TOWN CENTRE ELECTRIC CAR CLUB AND ON STREET PARKING PROPOSALS

To consider any Part I business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

15. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following motions that:

  1. Under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act as amended by Local Government (Access to information) (Variation) Order 2006.
  2. That Members consider the reasons for the following reports (if any)being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.

PART II

16. FREEHOLD DISPOSAL OF LAND
To consider a Part II report that recommends approval of the disposal of the freehold interest in a piece of land.

17. JOINT MARKETING PROPOSAL
To consider a Part II report to seek approval to a joint marketing proposal for a Council owned site.

18. PROPOSED EXTENSION TO SYMONDS GREEN COMMUNITY CENTRE
To consider a Part II report for recommendation to council concerning the proposal for using the future receipts from the disposal of the Symonds Green annex site to fund a project to deliver the proposed extension at Symonds Green Community Centre.

19. URGENT PART II BUSINESS
To consider any Part II business accepted by the Chair as urgent.
