| The Executive, at its meeting held on 24th November 2004, having considered the attached Officer Report, agreed the following recommendation to Council:- 'That the Statement of Licensing Policy, as detailed in Appendix A to the Report, be adopted.' | ||

| 10. | MATTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE FOR DECISION BY COUNCIL - STEVENAGE DISTRICT PLAN SECOND REVIEW: ADOPTION | |
| The Executive, at its meeting held on 24th November 2004, having considered the attached Officer Report, agreed the following recommendations to Council:- '(i) That the responses to the representations received in respect of the proposed modifications to the Stevenage District Plan Second Review, as detailed in Appendix A to the Report, be approved. (ii) That the Stevenage District Plan Second Review, 1991 - 2011, as detailed in Appendix B to the Report, be adopted as the statutory local plan for Stevenage. (iii) That the Director of Environmental Services be granted delegated powers to make such minor and factual changes to the Plan as are necessary or appropriate prior to its publication.' | ||
