- Baroness Dr Sharon Taylor of Stevenage, OBE - Personal - During the element of the presentation on this item which related to grant funding received by SBC from the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), the Leader declared a personal interest as a Member of the Hertfordshire LEP Board, but stated that she had not been involved in any decisions regarding approval of the above grant funding.
