To consider the following Motion of which notice has been given in accordance with Standing Orders:
'That in accordance with the provisions of the Section 249 of the Local Government Act 1972, this Council confers the title of Honorary Alderman on Brian Underwood who has rendered over 30 years eminent services as a Councillor representing the people of the Town, particularly in the Bedwell Ward.'
