PART I

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

2. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motions -

  1. That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of Exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, as amended by SI 2006 No. 88.
  2. That Members consider the reasons for the following items being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.

3. PART II OFFICER REPORT - TOWN CENTRE REGENERATION PROPOSAL
To consider a Part II Officer report concerning regeneration proposals for an area of the Town Centre, together with recommendations from the Executive and comments from the Overview & Scrutiny Committee.

Recommendations from the Executive and comments (if any) from the Overview & Scrutiny Committee to be circulated at the meeting.

4. PART II OFFICER REPORT - PROPOSAL TO REFURBISH AND UPGRADE THE CAR PARK INSTALLATION IN THE TOWN CENTRE
To consider a Part II Officer report that recommends a refurbishment and upgrade solution that will improve the condition and resilience of the Town Centre car park equipment and network, together with recommendations from the Executive and comments from the Overview & Scrutiny Committee.

5. PART II OFFICER REPORT - ARCHER ROAD DEVELOPMENT: ADDITIONAL FUNDING REQUIREMENT 
To consider a Part II Officer report that recommends additional funding to meet the estimated project costs for the Archer Road Development, together with recommendations from the Executive and comments from the Overview & Scrutiny Committee.
