Bret Facey - Personal - Councillor Bret Facey declared an interest in respect of Item 11 (3) – Notice of Motions: Mayor of London’s Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) Expansion, as he was employed by Harrow Council, referenced in the motion as being involved in the legal challenge against the ULEZ expansion, although his job was not related to that challenge. He would therefore be remaining in the meeting and participating in the debate and vote on that item.
