1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

• Philip Bibby CC - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Phil Bibby declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of Item 11 Notice of Motion – Homelessness Policies in view of his role as a landlord although the properties he owned were outside of Stevenage.
