• Doug Bainbridge - Prejudicial - Councillor Doug Bainbridge declared a prejudicial interest in Item 4 – 107 Blenheim Way: Change of Use from public amenity land to residential garden, as he was a trustee of the charity that maintained the land. He stated that he would withdraw from the meeting for the duration of that item.
