To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on 10 September 2026.

To note the following minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny and Select Committees:

•              Environment and Economy – 14 September 2026

•              Overview and Scrutiny Committee – 15 September 2026 and

•              Community Select Committee – 22 September 2026

To consider a report seeking approval for the proposed Fees and Charges for the 2027/28 financial year, covering services within both the General Fund (GF) and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).

To consider a report outlining the annual summary of actions taken, and progress made, across the six-level framework guiding Stevenage’s Climate Change Strategy delivery, with emphasis on regional and county-wide collaboration, town wide data, Council initiatives across the eight strategic themes, and community level engagement.

To receive the draft Housing Income and Arrears Recovery Policy 2026–2028 which set out Stevenage Borough Council's approach to managing housing income, including current and former rent, service charges and other housing-related debt, and establishes a consistent, fair, proportionate and effective framework for income collection and arrears recovery.

To consider a report seeking approval for the refreshed Healthy Stevenage Strategy 2026-2031.

To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

To consider the following motions –

1. That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs1 – 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act as amended by Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

2. That Members consider the reasons for the following reports being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
