To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Environment and Economy Select Committee held on Thursday 21 October 2021.

Members are invited to interview Councillor Lloyd Briscoe, Executive Portfolio Holder for Economy, Enterprise and Transport and to receive a presentation on the portfolio area and links with the Climate Change Action Plan.

Members are invited to interview Kimberley Hare from HEART (Hertfordshire Enabling and Adapting for Resilience Together) Community Group and to receive the group’s feedback report of the Council’s Climate Change Strategy.

To consider a mapping exercise document for the review which will pinpoint specific actions for the review such as evidence to be gathered and when interviews are to be undertaken. This is a working document that will be updated as the review progresses, detailing what has been achieved so far and showing any outstanding data or interviews still to be undertaken.

To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

To consider the following motions –

1.  That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs1 – 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act as amended by Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

2.  That Members consider the reasons for the following reports being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
