Decision:
Cabinet received a report seeking approval for the proposed Fees and Charges for the 2027/28 financial year, covering services within both the General Fund (GF) and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).
The Portfolio Holder for Resources and Performance reported on the proposed Fees and Charges for 2026/27. Cabinet noted that the proposals sought to balance affordability for residents and businesses with the need to recover costs and support sustainable service delivery. It was also noted that trade waste charges, on-street parking charges, selected short-stay parking tariffs and season tickets would remain unchanged, while Housing Revenue Account charges would be maintained below the rate of inflation to support tenants.
It was RESOLVED:
1.
That Fees and Charges 2027/28 for the General Fund (GF), as shown
at Appendix A, be approved.
2. That Fees and Charges 2027/28 for the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), as shown at Appendix B, be approved.
