The Board received a presentation from Hertfordshire County Council on lessons learned from the use of automated delivery robots in other locations.

The presentation outlined the operational experience to date, including potential benefits observed elsewhere, while also noting the need to carefully consider local conditions, risks and impacts.

Members discussed a range of high?level topics, including the importance of robust monitoring, public communication and resident engagement.

It was RESOLVED that the updates be noted.
