Minutes:
The Council considered a report in respect of the Council’s revised Civil Penalty Policy.
It was moved by Councillor Rob Broom, and seconded by Councillor Loraine Rossati, that the Recommendations in the report be approved.
Upon the motion being put to the vote, it was RESOLVED that Civil Penalty Policy, attached as Appendix A to the report be adopted.
