Cabinet received the Annual Treasury Management Report for 2025/26 including the actual 2025/26 prudential and treasury indicators.

The Portfolio Holder for Resources and Performance advised that the Treasury Management outturn was sound, having maintained compliance, liquidity and effective risk control while generating strong returns on balances held for approved future use.  He advised that, subject to comments from Cabinet and the Audit Committee, the review would then be referred to Council for approval.

It was RESOLVED that subject to any comments made by the Audit Committee, the 2025/26 Annual Treasury Management Review be recommended to Council for approval.
