It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Planning and Development Committees held on 29 November 2023 and 7 December 2023 be approved as correct records and signed by the Chair.

 

At this juncture, the Assistant Director Planning and Regulation, updated the Committee on a number of issues including small land sales, the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and recent enforcement action taken at the Novotel Hotel.
