3. ELECTION OF CHAIRS
   To confirm that Councillor Reg Smith as Chair of the Employer Side and Courtney Giles as Chair of the Staff Side.
4. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR
   To appoint either the Chair of the JCC Employer Side or JCC Staff Side as Chair for the meeting.
5. APPOINTMENT OF SECRETARY OF STAFF SIDE
   In accordance with the Constitution, to appoint a Secretary of the Staff Side for the 2007/08 Municipal Year.
   (N.B. The Chief Executive acts as Secretary of the Employer Side.)
6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
   To consider the following motion:-
   
   "That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act."

   To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Meeting held on Monday, 26th July, 2004 at 6.00pm in the Kadoma Room, Daneshill House.
8. SINGLE STATUS AGREEMENT: IMPLEMENTING A PAY & GRADING STRUCTURE
   To consider a report concerning the Single Status Agreement and discuss the method of approach and the progress made to date with the implementation of a locally agreed pay and grading structure.
