   To consider any Part I business accepted by the Chair as urgent.
5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
   To consider the following motion:-
   
   "That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-15 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act."

   To determine whether to revoke the Private Hire Driver's licence held by Mr C.
2. REVIEW OF MR D PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER LICENCE APPLICATION
   To determine whether to grant a Private Hire Driver's licence to Mr D.
3. REVIEW OF MR M HACKNEY CARRIAGE & PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER LICENCES
   To determine whether to revoke the Private Hire and Hackney Carriage Driver's licences held by Mr M.
