3. INTERVIEW WITH THE LEADER OF STEVENAGE BOROUGH COUNCIL
The Committee is invited to interview Councillor S Taylor OBE CC about the outcome from her discussions with WENTA regarding future development opportunities for the Business Technology Centre (BTC).
4. BTC REVIEW - NEXT STEPS
To consider the outline draft recommendations and report of the BTC review. The final report and recommendations will be considered by the Committee at its meeting on 12 January 2016.

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
