5. SBC GREEN TRAVEL PLAN
To receive an update on progress towards delivery of the Green Travel Plan one year on from when Scrutiny Members last considered action against the plan.

6. FEEDBACK FROM SITE VISIT TO KENNINGTON OVAL WORKSPACE AND BRIXTON IMPACT HUB FOR THE BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (BTC) REVIEW
The Committee will receive a verbal update from the Members who visited the two business incubation and workspaces on Monday 12 October.

7. NEXT STEPS OF THE BTC REVIEW
Members are requested to note the next steps in the review process:
'¢ A further meeting date needs to be agreed to consider the draft findings and recommendations of the review - Members are asked to agree Tuesday 24 November as a suitable date for this.
'¢ Following Members comments about the unsuitability of Monday 21 December 2015 as a date for the Final Report and Recommendations of the review this will now be considered on 12 January 2016

8. URGENT PART 1 BUSINESS
To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

9. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
