Summary of Decisions

PART I

1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

2. BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (BTC) REVIEW INTERVIEW
The Committee are invited to interview Cllr Simon Speller regarding his former role in establishing the original BTC, as well as the Assistant Director of Regeneration.

3. DRAFT FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The Committee are invited to begin to draw together the findings and draft recommendations of the review so far.

4. NEXT STEPS
Members are requested to note the next steps in the review process:

• A site visit to Kennington Workspace and Pop Brixton. A revised date for this site visit is still being negotiated with the two centres for late September early October.
• Tuesday 29 September - Meeting to Interview Cllr Ralph Raynor, Portfolio Holder for Economy, Enterprise and Transport.
• Monday 21 December 2015 - Provisionally this date has been reserved for the Final Report and Recommendations of the review to be agreed.

5. URGENT PART 1 BUSINESS
To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
