A copy of the comments and questions for witnesses that have been drawn together from Members are collated in the attached document.

4. NEXT STEPS
Members are requested to note the next steps in the review process:
'¢ Thursday 17 September 2015 - Further review interview session with Cllr Simon Speller regarding his former role in establishing the BTC
'¢ A site visit to Kennington Workspace and Pop Brixton. A revised date for this site visit is currently being negotiated with the two centres this is likely to be in the latter half of September
'¢ Arrange a separate interview meeting between the Chair and Vice-Chair and Cllr Ralph Raynor, Portfolio Holder for Economy, Enterprise and Transport
'¢ Wednesday 14 October 2015 - Draw together findings and draft recommendations
'¢ Monday 21 December 2015 - Provisionally this date has been reserved for the Final Report and Recommendations of the review to be agreed

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
