To consider the Executive Member response to the recommendations made by the Committee following the review into the maintenance of trees, hedges and shrub beds.

4. SCOPING DOCUMENT - SCRUTINY REVIEW INTO THE BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE
To receive and agree the draft scoping document first presented to the Committee at its meeting on 8 June following the incorporation of amendments to the document raised at that meeting.

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
