To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Environment and Economy Select Committee held on 7 October 2014.

3. INTERVIEWS FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MAINTENANCE OF TREES, HEDGES AND SHRUB BEDS

The Committee will interview a 'Critical Friend' Oliver Waring, Tree Officer from Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council to identify how the Council's service compares with their service.

The Committee will interview Councillor John Gardner, Executive Portfolio Holder for Environment and Regeneration.

The Committee will also interview a number of Officers from the Council.

To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
