To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Environment and Economy Select Committee held on 30 September 2013.

3. INTERVIEWS FOR THE REVIEW INTO REFUSE AND RECYCLING
The Committee will interview a 'Critical Friend' Craig Thorpe from Dacorum Borough Council running an in-house DSO Refuse and Recycling Service to identify how the Council's service compares with their service.

The Committee will interview Duncan Jones from Hertfordshire Waste Partnership.
The Committee will interview the Executive Portfolio Holder for Environment & Regeneration, Cllr John Gardner.

5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motions -

1. That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
2. That Members consider the reasons for the following item being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
