2. MINUTES - 6 AUGUST 2013
To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Environment and Economy Select Committee held on 6 August 2013.

3. REFUSE AND RECYCLING REVIEW
Members of the Committee will undertake an interview session with officers to address the questions that they have previously raised regarding the review into Refuse and Recycling (see attached paper).

4. INTERVIEW WITH 'CRITICAL FRIEND' FOR THE REVIEW INTO REFUSE AND RECYCLING
The Committee will interview a 'Critical Friend' from a neighbouring authority running an in-house Refuse and Recycling Service to identify how the Council's service compares with their service.

5. URGENT PART 1 BUSINESS
To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motions -

1. That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
2. That Members consider the reasons for the following item being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
