The Committee will interview Councillor Mrs Joan Lloyd, the Portfolio Holder for Resources, Councillor Simon Speller, the Portfolio Holder for Neighbourhoods and Co-operative Council, and Nick Jennings from the Shared Anti-Fraud Service as part of the review into Local Community Budgets.
