To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Community Select Committee held on Monday 12 January 2015.

3. UPDATE ON PUBLIC HEALTH
The Committee agreed at its meeting on 1 July 2014 to receive an update on Public Health when agreeing its revised Work Plan for the 2014-15 Municipal Year. Jim McManus, HCC Director of Public Health will provide the Committee with an update on Public Health and how Stevenage's three priority areas of (1) tobacco; (2) physical activity and (3) mental health are making a difference.

4. REVISED UPDATE ON HOMELESSNESS REVIEW RECOMMENDATIONS

Following the 12 January 2015 Community Select Committee meeting, Officers have revised the original response.

5. REVIEW RECOMMENDATIONS & REPORT ON THE CONDITIONS OF THE LOCAL PRIVATE RENTED SECTOR
To agree the report and recommendations of the Committee's review into the conditions of the local Private Rented Sector.

7.EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

To consider the following Motion -That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
