To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Community Select Committee held on 18 March 2014.

3. HEALTH DISCUSSION ITEM
The Committee will receive a presentation from the Council's Portfolio Holder for Community, Health and Older People, Cllr Sherma Batson on Stevenage's Health priorities and from the Hertfordshire County Council Director of Public Health, Jim McManus on the County Council's Public Health role and the role that Districts can play in supporting local Public Health.

Members will be invited to take part in a roundtable discussion and ask questions of the contributors.

5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC (If required)
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
