To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Community Select Committee held on 28 January 2014.

3. OUTCOMES OF THE 2013/14 SOSAFE COMMUNITY SAFETY ACTION PLAN & EMERGING PRIORITIES FOR 2014/15
The Community Select Committee is the Council's Statutory Crime and Disorder Scrutiny Committee and will receive a presentation from the Portfolio Holder for Safer and Stronger Communities on the outcomes of the 2013/14 SoSafe Community Safety Action Plan. The Committee will also receive a written report on outcomes for 2013/14 and the emerging priorities for 2014/15. The Committee are asked to comment on the emerging priorities of the Action Plan and whether these align with the perceived priorities of local ward Members and residents.

To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
