To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Community Select Committee held on 6 November 2013.

3. HCC CONSULTATION ON CHILD POVERTY STRATEGY
To receive a presentation from SBC officers on the County Council's Child Poverty Strategy Consultation document. Any comments which Members make regarding the consultation document will be presented to the SBC Executive Portfolio Holder for Children & Young People, Culture, Sport & Leisure who will be responding formally for the Council.

4. DRAFT REPORT & RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SCRUTINY REVIEW OF COMMUNITY TRANSPORT
The Committee is requested to consider and approve or amend the draft report and recommendations of the scrutiny review into Community Transport undertaken by the Community Select Committee.

5. URGENT PART 1 BUSINESS
To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.

6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion - That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
