3. DISCUSSION ITEM ON COMMUNITY TRANSPORT IN STEVENAGE
The Committee will hold a roundtable discussion with a number of invited contributors including; Angie Reynolds, Fleet Operations - Team Leader, Transport Access and Safety HCC; David Neilan, Hertfordshire Integrated Transport Partnership, HCC; an SBC Community Transport Bus Driver and SBC Community Transport Bus users as well as SBC Officers. The purpose of the discussion will be to begin to map the Community Transport in the town to see what provision there is and where services might work together to meet the demand.

To consider any Part 1 business accepted by the Chair as urgent.
5. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following Motion -
That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
