The Leader of the Council shall then have the opportunity to advise the Council of matters relevant to the Borough that have arisen since the last meeting.

*13. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE EXECUTIVE - STEVENAGE BOROUGH COUNCIL: MAKING A DIFFERENCE - ANNUAL REPORT 2012
The report attached as item 13 - 'Stevenage Borough Council: Making a Difference - Annual Report 2012' is being considered by the Executive on 10 July 2012 -  (the date of despatch of this agenda).  Details of the recommendations of the Executive to Council will be circulated on a supplementary agenda.

14. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE EXECUTIVE - NEW HOMES BONUS
At its meeting on 13 March 2012 the Executive considered a report that detailed a range of schemes and initiatives to be funded from the 2012/13 New Homes Bonus allocation.  A copy of the report is attached as item 14.

Having considered the report the Executive agreed the recommendations contained therein that included the following recommendation to Council -

That Council be requested to approve the General Fund Revenue Account Contingency Sum held by the Executive be increased by £201,000 to maintain this sum at the £400,000 level previously agreed.

17. OFFICER REPORT - URGENT KEY DECISION TAKEN BY THE STRATEGIC DIRECTOR - RESOURCES - RIGHT-TO-BUY: RE-INVESTING RECEIPTS IN NEW AFFORDABLE RENTED HOMES
To note an urgent key decision taken by the Strategic Director - Resources concerning the Government's policy to reinvigorate the Right to Buy and its proposed 'One for One' replacement programme.
