To consider a report, attached as item 2, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 concerning adoption of new arrangements for the executive governance of the Council.

At its meeting on 11 November 2010 the Licensing Committee considered the report attached as item 3 concerning a review of the Licensing Policy and that recommended for adoption a revised policy for implementation in January 2011.
Having considered the report the Committee agreed -
That the draft Licensing Policy 2011-2014 (as appended to the report) be recommended to Council for implementation with effect from 7 January 2011.

Appendix 3 - MATTER REFERRED FROM THE EXECUTIVE - GENERAL FUND BUDGET PROPOSALS 2010-2011
At its meeting on 17 November 2010 the Executive considered a Part II report concerning savings options for the General Fund Budget. The report attached as item 4 details a recommendation to Council arising from the decisions taken by the Executive on that report.
