2.MINUTES - OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY COMMITTEE - 24 NOVEMBER 2014
To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on Wednesday 24 November 2014.

3.HOUSING REVENUE ACCOUNT DRAFT BUDGET PROPOSALS 2015/2016 AND RENT SETTING
In accordance with the provisions of the Budget and Policy Framework rules of the Council's Constitution and prior to the submission of the Housing Revenue Account Draft Budget Proposals 2015/2016 and Rent Setting to Executive and Council in January 2015 the Committee is requested to consider the draft strategy.
Report & Appendix included with the Executive agenda issued for the meeting held on 16 December 2014.  Please bring these papers to the meeting.
      
4.DRAFT COUNCIL TAX SUPPORT SCHEME 2015/2016
In accordance with the provisions of the Budget and Policy Framework rules of the Council's Constitution and prior to the submission of the Council Tax Support Scheme 2015/2016 to Executive and Council in January 2015 the Committee is requested to consider the draft strategy.

8.EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider the following motions:
1.That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act as amended by SI2006 No.88.
2.That Members consider the reasons for the following reports (if any) being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure
