| At its meeting on 9th November the Executive considered the attached report concerning the Council's submission for the new 'Use of Resources' assessment that will be carried out annually as part of the Audit Commission's CPA. The Executive agreed the three recommendations in the report including the following for recommendation to Council - 'That Council be recommended to approve the following addition to the terms of reference for the Scrutiny Overview Committee - 'Responsibility for the review and approval of the Statement of Internal Control' | ||
