Decision:

There were no apologies for absence and no declarations of interest.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the previous meeting held on 4 November 2020.

Decision:

It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning and Development Committee held on 4 November 2020 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Decision:

It was RESOLVED that planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions as per the recommendations set out in the report.

It was RESOLVED that planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions as per the recommendations set out in the report.

Decision:

It was RESOLVED that planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions as per the recommendations set out in the report and a revised Condition 31 as follows:

 

31.       Notwithstanding the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking, re-enacting or modifying that order) the non-residential units shall be used for Use Classes A1 /A2 /A3/ A4/ B1/ D1/ D2 only of the schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 and for no other purposes, unless agreed in writing or approved by way of separate planning permission.

Decision:

Following consideration of the application, it was RESOLVED that determination of the application be deferred to allow further extensive consultation to be undertaken within the neighbourhood and brought back to a future meeting of the Committee.

EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

To consider the following motions that:

 

1.          Under Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act as amended by Local Government (Access to information) (Variation) Order 2006.

 

2.          That Members consider the reasons for the following reports (if any)being in Part II and determine whether or not maintaining the exemption from disclosure of the information contained therein outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
