   To note the Terms of Reference for the Statement of Account Committee as agreed by Annual Council 23rd May, 2007 as follows:
   
   To approve the Statement of accounts and related Capital Determinations in accordance with the Account and Audit Regulations 2003.
4. STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS AND CAPITAL CONTROL SYSTEM DETERMINATIONS 2006/07
   To submit the 2006/07 Statement of Accounts for approval and to approve certain capital financing determinations required under the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 and the Local Authorities (Capital Finance and Accounting) Regulations 2003.

   To consider any Part I business accepted by the Chair as urgent.
6. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
   To consider the following motion:-
   
   "That under Section 100(A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1-7 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act."
